1. What cookies are

8. Information on this website
Equipment descriptions, specifications, images, rates, availability and safety information are a general guide only. We take care to keep them accurate, but they may change without notice and may differ between branches. Images may show equipment that is similar to, but not exactly the same as, the item you hire.
Prices and availability are confirmed only when we accept your booking or quote. All hire is subject to our Hire Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to these terms.
9. Safety and operating advice
Safety, licensing and operating information on this website is general in nature. It does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions, the briefing we give at pickup or delivery, a site-specific risk assessment, or your obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) and other laws. Check licence and ticket requirements with WorkSafe WA, and ask our team if you are unsure about the right machine for your job.
10. Enquiries, quotes and accounts
When you submit an enquiry, quote request or account application, you must give accurate and complete information. A quote request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it. Trade account and credit applications are made through our third-party provider and are assessed at our discretion.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the website’s operation;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content, pricing or data without our written permission; or
- submit false enquiries or impersonate another person or business.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Classic Hire. You may view it and print it for your own non-commercial use when hiring from us. You must not reproduce, publish or adapt it without our written permission. Manufacturer names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify equipment we hire.
13. Links to other websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, security or availability of those websites.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information on it.
Where a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
